Uptown Players is proud to announce that their 2011 Season will produced at
the historic Kalita Humphrey's Theater!   Jeff Rane, (Production Director),
says "We were tremendously pleased with our audience response to our shows
at Kalita Humphrey's in 2010 and so we are thrilled to be able to continue
at this amazing location for our 2011 season which will kick off in April
2011."  Uptown Players has already been utilizing the Kalita Humphrey's
facilities for their 2010 season.  As a result, attendance has increased 20%
over 2009.  The Kalita Humphrey's Theater allows Uptown to produce a wider
range of productions and to showcase plays and musicals that may require the
larger space and backstage facilities that Kalita Humphrey's offers.

"The audiences have truly responded to our move," says Craig Lynch
(Marketing Director). "We have seen both an increase in our season ticket
sales and have noted a large number of new patrons.  As a theater company
devoted to our entire Uptown Community, we know that Kalita Humphrey's
provides an incredible theatrical space convenient to our audience."

To ensure that Uptown Players can remain at Kalita Humphrey's for the
foreseeable future, the group is launching its "Keep Uptown Players in
Uptown" Fund Drive.  This fund drive will help raise the incremental
expenses needed to produce shows at Kalita Humphreys and build a reserve for
the future.  As part of this fund drive, new donor levels and benefits have
