Here are the NEW policies regarding season
tickets and some helpful hints to ensure that you can
attend the performance of your choice for each production.
Make your season ticket reservations as soon as possible
to ensure the best seats. Our opening night and Saturday
night performances tend to sell out well in advance.
As soon as you know which performance you wish to attend,
you should reserve your seats online or you may call
our box office at 214-219-2718 and identify yourself
as a season ticket holder.
Online Reservation Process
Reserved seating is subject to availability at the time
of your reservation. Season ticket holders now select
their seats online at the time they make the reservation.
Each season ticket holder may request reserved seating
for one guest attending with them who is purchasing
a ticket at regular price. Requests for reserved seating
for more than one guest per season ticket holder may
not be honored. Be sure and include
the total number of seats you wish to reserve and then
the breakdown of how many season ticket holders are
in your party and then the number of guests when prompted.
On the day of the performance, please exchange
your green season vouchers at the box office window
for your tickets with your seat numbers on them.
Season ticket holders may reserve their specific
seats for a performance as soon as a set design for
that show has been selected. (Usually 30 days out)
LATE SEATING IS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE BOX
OFFICE MANAGEMENT. PLEASE ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 5 MINUTES
BEFORE SHOW TIME OR YOU MAY NOT BE SEATED UNTIL INTERMISSION.
Multiple Season Ticket Holder Reservations
If
you are reserving for multiple season ticket holders
parties submit separate online orders for each party
(choose seats next to each other) or call the box office
for assistance in reserving for your entire group.
Cancellations and Exchanges
Reserved seats are held until 5
minutes before show time. Reserved seats and reservations
may be released at that time. Season ticket holders
failing to cancel their reservation by 12 noon on the
day of the performance are subject to a $5 fee to reschedule
their reservations for an alternate performance.
Season ticket holders with tickets for any Wednesday,
Thursday or Sunday performance may upgrade to a Friday
or Saturday night performance for an upgrade fee of
$5 per ticket.
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL or exchange please CALL
the BOX OFFICE at 214-219-2718 to let us know what performance
you are canceling/exchanging. Once we are informed of
your cancellation you may make another reservation thru
the online system.
MAKING ANOTHER RESERVATION DOES NOT CANCEL
OUT A CURRENT RESERVATION.
