Contributions make up 35% of Uptown Players budget. In order
to continue producing the quality plays and musicals you have
seen during our first four seasons, we need support from our
loyal patrons such as you.
Here's a look at what your money will buy:
$6000 - Theater rental for one production
$4000 - Royalties for a single Musical Production
$2500 - Set materials, design, and construction for one production
$1500 - Costumes for one production
$1000 - One orchestra member for a musical
$800 - Printing of programs for one production
$400 - A new spotlight
$350 - All props for a production
$300 - Batteries for wireless microphones for one production
$250 - Postage for postcard mailing for one production

If you aren't able to donate your time or make a monetary
contribution, perhaps you have one or more of these items
lying around the house that you no longer use. You can help
with donations of the things we need to keep our busy theatre
going. Our "wish list" includes the following items:
White copy paper
White envelopes (regular letter size and larger)
23 Cent Postage stamps
Light bulbs (40 and 25 watt preferred in white and blue)
Current computers or laptops
Vintage clothing or furniture
Cleaning supplies -- paper towels, mops, brooms, etc.
Stage lighting equipment
Paint
Tools for set building - cordless drills, screws of varying
sizes, staple
guns and industrial staples
Black Fabric
Sewing Supplies
9V batteries
Wireless microphones

An average of 1400 people attend each of our productions
from all over the Dallas area. Our audience and subscriber
base is 60% homosexual and 40% heterosexual and the age range
is from 20-50 years old. If this is the type of customer you
want to attract for your business, advertising in our show
